What is One You?

One You aims to help adults all over the UK to combat future diseases caused by modern lifestyles.

Everyday habits and routines for example eating too many unhealthy foods, continuing to smoke, drinking more alcohol than recommended and not being active enough are responsible for 40% of all deaths in England.

One You aims to inspire people to reassess their lifestyle choices and bad habits. Regardless of age One You encourages individuals to make small lifestyle changes that can be beneficial for a longer healthier life.
