Who can sign up for prescription deliveries?

Anyone can sign up for prescription deliveries!

As long as you have switched to Wilsons to automatically receive your prescription from your GP, we can deliver your prescription.

How much does it cost to get my prescription delivered?

It’s totally free. Zero. Nothing.

All you’ll pay for is your usual prescription charge, unless you are exempt.

How long does it take for my prescription to be delivered?

We offer next day delivery on all our prescription deliveries as standard.

Once your medication has been dispensed it will scheduled for delivery the next day.

We will send you a text message when your delivery has been scheduled and on the morning of the delivery with a 2 hour delivery window.

Will my prescription get delivered if no one is at home?

By default we cannot post or leave your medication as we need a signature for every delivery we make.

If we try to deliver you medication and you aren’t in we will leave a note and return the delivery to the pharmacy for collection or re-delivery at a more convenient time.

If you know you are going to be out on the day of your delivery this isn’t a problem. If you give us permission, we can leave your delivery with a neighbour or friend.

Can I get my prescription delivered to work or an alternative address?

Yes. As long as your alternative delivery address is within our delivery radius we can deliver it to an different address to yours.
