If you have received a vaccine in the past you may require fewer doses than the full course to re-gain full protection.

The type and quantity of malaria medication prescribed is determined by your medical history, destination, and length of trip and will be determined by the pharmacist during your consultation.
The typical cost of malaria medication for a two week trip is between £30-£60 per person.

Having your vaccine history allows us to check if you are already fully protected against any diseases or if you only need a booster to re-gain full protection.
If you don’t have a copy of your vaccine history, it’s not a problem, we just have to give our recommendations on the assumption you’ve had no vaccines in the past.
You are then free to choose which vaccines you want to receive.
The risks from having additional doses of vaccine you’ve had in the past are small, the main reason we review your history is to make sure your not paying for vaccines you don’t need.
