9. Our Contract With You

Our contract with you is confined to the terms and conditions mentioned here, to the exclusion of any others, this includes terms and conditions implied in any communication by our customers.

When you place an order on our website, this represents an offer by you to buy products from us. We have accepted this offer only when you are notified by us that the order has beendispatched. In orders that are split for dispatch, only the parts of the order that are notified as dispatched represent an acceptance by us of that offer.

9.1 Prescription Only Medicine – Human on your Doctor/Dentist/Nurse Prescription

When an order is placed to fulfil a prescription from your Doctor/Dentist or Nurse we then need to see the original prescription (which you would be required to post) before we are able to dispatch your medicine.

9.2 Prescription Only Medicine – Using our Online Consultation Service

Any prescription medicines ordered through our online consultation service will not need you to send us a prescription, as our Independent Pharmacy Prescribers will write one for you for our files. Please note that our online consultation fee is non-refundable.

10. Your Responsibilities

In order for us to make sure that any medicines for you and your family are suitable and safe, we will need you to supply personal information about the patient concerned. It is imperative that this information is accurate, complete and up to date as we wholly rely on this so that the most appropriate medicine is supplied.

Please realise that we have no liability or responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage/injury that may result to you or a third party incurred as a result of our reliance on false or inaccurate information supplied by you or on your behalf.

11. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy

12. Delivery

Please refer to our detailed Delivery & Returns Policy

13. Price and Payment

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT where appropriate, but they exclude any delivery costs or in the case of our Online Private Medicine Consultation Service any fees this may involve. All fees to UK customers are made clear before checkout is complete.

Payment for the products is due immediately upon the placing of your order online. Payment is
accepted by credit and debit card.

Discount codes are limited to one per order, multiple discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other or any website promotional offers. Any website ‘pop-up’ discount code offers are for one-time use only, even if the pop-up appears again after you have used the discount code.

14. Pricing and Product Availability

Whilst we display our full range of products on the website, we may not physically have the stock in our warehouse at the time of ordering. We get a daily delivery, so if your item is not on our shelves it will come in the next working day.

If an item is not available at the time of ordering, this may be mentioned as “out of stock” on the product information page. As we process your order, we may e-mail you if any products you order turn out to be unobtainable.

Please note that we have a handling time of 24-72 hours (to factor in weekends/stock coming in the next day), this time is in addition to the courier service you select at checkout.

Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, we are only human, so we apologise in advance if we ever make a pricing error. Wherever possible we will try to honour the incorrect price as a gesture of goodwill, however, this is not always possible and if for some reason we are unable to sell you the product at the stated price or less, we will contact you first before proceeding.

In a dynamic marketplace, we cannot always be the cheapest, in all medicines and sizes, however, we endeavour to offer options for each medicine that represent the best value for money on the Internet.

Product Images: Whilst we try to keep our product images up to date we may, particularly for non-branded products ship the same medicine but in different packaging. If you have any questions about this policy please get in touch.

15. Product Quality

We only source and use medicines that have been licensed for use in the UK. We only buy medicines direct from either the manufacturer or from an authenticated UK-licensed wholesaler. Fake medicines can seriously damage you and your family’s health.

We will of course try and send you products with the longest possible expiry date on them, but sometimes this is not always achievable. Some products only come with limited life or it may be that the manufacturer only has a certain date available for a product. Please check of all medicine received to make sure that you use it within the safe time frame.

Please use, handle and store all products as stated in the manufacturer's information or in our specific instructions, if supplied. The manufacturers nor ourselves cannot be held responsible if you deviate from this advice.

Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy if you receive the products and they were damaged in transit.

16. Importing and Customs

When ordering products from a country other than the UK, please be aware that all customs responsibilities are borne by you. You are considered the importer of the medicine/product, therefore any charges levied by customs in the country where the goods are delivered, are your responsibility. Wilsons Pharmacy operates under the law of England and Wales and as such complies with all such laws when selling medicines and other goods. It is your responsibility to comply with the legislation in the country where you are receiving the goods.
